Investment Manager and Researcher

Erik Nayman is an investment manager and researcher specializing in macroeconomics and financial markets. He has been active in financial markets since 1995, managing client assets and leading investment divisions at major financial institutions.

He is the founder of HUG’S, an investment company and one of the first robo-advisors in the Eastern European market. His research focuses on investment inflation, monetary policy transmission mechanisms, and asset allocation strategies.

The Investment Price Index (IPI) is the result of his multi-year research into measuring the real cost of acquiring investment assets, addressing a significant gap in traditional inflation metrics like CPI.
